Does it work on our Odoo?
Maatje runs on Odoo 16 through 20. Everything your team sees stays inside Odoo: no second screen, no extra login.
What does it cost per month?
You only pay for the runs Maatje does. The full month-end closing with all checks costs under € 1.50. You set a monthly ceiling: at 80 percent you get an email, at 100 percent the maatjes pause until you raise it.
What if a maatje gets it wrong?
Nothing changes in Odoo until someone approves it. Every run, every proposal and every approval is logged in your own Odoo, so you can always see what happened.
Can we stop?
Yes. There is no contract and no subscription. You can switch off any maatje at any moment.
Where does our data go?
Processing runs on Claude via AWS Bedrock in Europe. The AI provider applies zero data retention, and your data is never used for training. 360 ERP is ISO 27001 certified.
