Migrating to Odoo:
this is how we do it

With the switch to a new Odoo version, we make sure that everything goes off without a hitch. Read how we efficiently handle the migration, so you will profit from the new functionalities as quickly as possible.

Migrating everything
to the latest version

We migrate all your existing functionalities to the latest version of Odoo. Everything is switched at once, without endlessly hopping back and forth. How’s that for easy?

Preparations and getting familiar with things

Get a head start by exploring your new Odoo version and its new features. You can use the general demo version for this. It’s not strictly necessary, but getting familiar with it now will make things a lot smoother later. We’re here if you have any questions about the new version, but our main focus is on migrating your core processes as-is. So, no new features will be added for now.

What’s key: create test scenarios that reflect what you actually do in Odoo. This includes things like month-end closures and the reports you need in order to kick off the new month. That way, there won’t be any surprises!

We’re not delivering
a testing system

We’re going full force: meaning that on the day of the delivery, we turn the switch. This might sound a bit scary, but for us it’s the way to go.

Migration day:
we’re going live

On the day itself, the switch is turned. Everyone is immediately working in the latest version. All test scenarios must be completed to test whether the house is firmly in place. If something goes wrong, we immediately solve it on the spot with our team of Odoo consultants. Your key users are available this day so we can switch fast and make immediate decisions. That way we make sure your company keeps running in the new version, quickly and with effortless ease.

The day after the migration: check and support

The day after go-live, we’ll check together to make sure everything is still running smoothly. Minor issues after migration? It’s possible, especially if the test scenarios didn’t cover everything. No worries, we’ll sort that out through our support. Important to note: this support is not included in the migration service. For those issues, you’ve got our support service, and that’s how we’ll resolve it. We’re always happy to check in for some post-launch care.
