Challenge
In 2020, fast-growing Dutch eyewear retailer Ace & Tate found themselves in a critical upscaling phase. Their innovative products and rock-solid brand were right on track. Their internal processes, however, were still largely depending on Excel sheets. The lack of automated systems for stock management, purchase and replenishment kept them from growing. Ace & Tate were missing real-time insights into stock levels, smooth workflows between the stores and the production partners and data to support operational decisions.

Solution
Ace & Tate asked 360 ERP to transform their backend processes and to integrate them with Odoo. Being a flexible ERP, Odoo perfectly matched the growth ambitions of Europe’s coolest eyewear brand. We helped Ace & Tate in setting up a fully integrated stock management and purchase system and will keep improving the ERP by means of phased optimisations and expansions.
In control of stock management
One of the first steps was to centrally manage product master data from Odoo. This gives Ace & Tate control over their stock management, which is crucial for ensuring quick deliveries and seamless inventory replenishment. We set up various stock routes to optimise the inventory flows between the stores and the production sites.
Automatic replenishment process
We’ve fully automated the entire purchase process, including the management of B2B sales orders. Due to this, the stores are supplied cleverly and in time, so no customers will leave the store feeling disappointed anymore. Replenishment, both from and toward the stores and from and to the production partners, is now going seamlessly.
Real-time insight into stock levels
In addition we implemented a stock management module completely tailored to the needs of Ace & Tate’s physical stores. This tool offers the employees real-time insight in stock levels and simplifies transactions, so they can play into the needs of their customers quickly and efficiently.
Crucial data for strategic decisions
Another vital part of our solution was the implementation of an API connection with Ace & Tate’s own ESB solution. At the same time we integrated the BI reports regarding stock and sales, enabling the management to have immediate access to crucial date for strategic decision-making.
Result
With the implementation and continuous optimisation of Odoo, we are enabling Ace & Tate to upscale their operation and to make it more efficient. Due to automated supply management processes, real-time insights and improved reports, Ace & Tate is now in full control of their purchase and supply movements. Due to this, they can quickly play into changes in demand and at the same time lower operational costs. With the support of 360 ERP, nothing stands in the way of Ace & Tate letting just about all of Europe see the world through one of their glasses.
